Terms of Service & Shield Policy

Makkah Farms (makkahfarms.com) is founded on an uncompromising commitment: providing 100% pure organic food is our main goal. We strictly guarantee that all our Saudi Arabian dates (Royal Ajwa Al-Madinah, Amber VIP, Jumbo Medjool, Mabroom, Sukkari, Sagai, and Kalmi/Safawi) originate directly from certified organic palm groves in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and sacred oases.

Our organic dates, 100% raw wild Sidr (Beri) honey, mountain Acacia honey, premium dry fruits (Chilgoza pine nuts, Kagzi walnuts, Afghani figs, roasted almonds, cashews, pistachios, Samarkand saffron), and cold-pressed prophetic oils contain zero artificial preservatives, zero glucose syrups, zero synthetic wax glazes, and zero sulfur dioxide chemical fumigation. They are naturally harvested, sun-cured, and hygienically packaged to maintain their biological integrity.

Because our products are 100% pure organic, non-GMO, and free of artificial sizing chemicals, moisture retardants, or industrial dyes, minor natural variations in fruit caliber, color shade, skin texture, firmness, and natural fruit sugars occur across seasonal harvests.

Raw Honey Crystallization Notice: Pure, unpasteurized, unheated honey naturally crystallizes at cooler ambient temperatures due to its organic glucose-to-fructose ratio and active floral pollens. Such crystallization is the universal scientific hallmark of raw, unadulterated honey and is never a sign of spoilage, impurity, or defect. Placing the glass jar in a warm water bath easily restores its golden liquid state. These inherent biological characteristics are covered under our agricultural variation shield.

In strict compliance with national food authority regulations and international consumable food hygiene standards, any consumable food item whose tamper-evident seal, vacuum pouch, or hermetic box has been opened, unsealed, or compromised cannot be returned, restocked, or exchanged.

This policy serves as an absolute health and safety shield for every consumer. It guarantees that every parcel dispatched from Makkah Farms contains virgin, untouched produce that has never been exposed to external residential environments, temperature mishandling, or third-party contact.

Your peace of mind is protected by our airtight replacement pledge. If your parcel arrives damaged during courier transit, exhibits a broken factory seal upon arrival, or fails to match your order specification, notify our Customer Care within 48 hours of doorstep delivery via WhatsApp (+92 311 8717171) or email (info@makkahfarms.com) with your order number and unboxing photographs or video.

Makkah Farms offers pure organic dates, wild honey, nuts, and prophetic sunnah foods (including Ajwa seed powder, extra virgin olive oil, and black seed oil) strictly as wholesome, nutrient-dense dietary foods. References to Islamic traditions, Prophetic Sunnah (such as consuming seven Ajwa dates in the morning), and historical dietary practices are provided for spiritual, nutritional, and cultural appreciation only.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any clinical condition or disease, nor should they substitute for professional medical counsel. Individuals with specific medical conditions (including diabetes, acute tree nut allergies, or specialized diets) should consult a licensed healthcare professional.

All prices on makkahfarms.com are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include standard packaging. We provide nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan alongside secure online bank transfers.

To protect our logistics pipeline from fraudulent submissions, fictitious contact numbers, or unreachable addresses, Makkah Farms reserves the right to confirm order details via automated SMS or phone verification before dispatch. We reserve the absolute right to cancel unconfirmed orders or orders suspected of fraudulent intent.

During transit, every parcel is shielded with thermal insulation and moisture barriers to insulate organic produce against environmental heat and humidity across Pakistan.

Following doorstep handover, the buyer assumes full responsibility for proper storage. Organic Medina dates must be kept in airtight containers in a cool pantry or refrigerated (essential during summer months to preserve soft moisture). Pure raw honey should be kept at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Dry fruits should be sealed in cool dry cabinets. Makkah Farms is not liable for spoilage arising from improper post-delivery storage.

The trade name Makkah Farms, our official domain makkahfarms.com, product photography, graphic branding, typography, packaging designs, and digital content are the exclusive intellectual property of Makkah Farms. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, imitation of our brand, or scraping of content is strictly prohibited under Pakistani and international copyright and trademark laws.

Express dispatch is executed via premier logistics partners across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all regional districts across Pakistan. Transit delays caused by severe weather anomalies, highway blockages, or force majeure events remain outside reasonable courier control, though our customer care team actively tracks every consignment until successful delivery.
